Dr. Glen Blanchard - After graduating from J.J. Pearce High School in Richardson, Dr. Blanchard attended North Texas State University where he received his Bachelors degree in 1980. After graduation, Dr. Blanchard moved to San Antonio to attend the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School. In 1984 he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Following a one year associateship in Irving, Dr. Blanchard opened his practice in Carrollton in 1985.

Dr. Blanchard is a member of the American Dental Association, the Dallas County Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Texas Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Blanchard updates his dental education on a regular basis. He is active on many dental-related Internet sites and frequently attends continuing education courses to keep him current with new dental technology and techniques.

Married in 1985, Dr. Blanchard and his wife Roxane have two daughters - Kristen Marie and Robyn Nicole. His interests include computing, electronics, model railroading, woodworking, radio communications, traveling with Roxane, and most things hi-tech. Roxane Blanchard - Roxane is a native Texan, being raised in San Antonio. She works in our office part-time helping out wherever her skills are needed. Roxane is a certified dental assistant, and worked at the dental school in San Antonio - yes, that is where Dr. Blanchard and Roxane met. She enjoys traveling, crafts and creating things of beauty from stained glass. Most of all though Roxane enjoys peace and quiet - Mothers reading this will understand. Connie Conn - Connie is our Appointment Coordinator. Her main responsibility is the proper and timely appointing of our patients, both current and new. Connie knows our appointment book like the back of her hand, and she is an extremely hard worker. However, it is Connie's positive attitude and "bubbly" personality that make her really shine. Nikki Maguire - Nikki is our financial administrator. Nikki's principal responsibility is the accurate handling of our patient's accounts. Additionally, she is our resident insurance expert. She is one of our friendliest team members and our patients take an immediate liking to her. Raised in Ohio, Nikki has been working in the dental field for seven years. Melinda Marten - Melinda is a dental hygienist. After graduating with honors from Midwestern State University with a B.S. degree in Dental Hygiene, she has enjoyed passing on her extensive dental knowledge to her patients. Melinda was born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas. She enjoys working out, going to the movies, reading, and spending time with family. Melinda can be reached at melinda@smilesRus.com.

Elizabeth Paul - Liz is also a dental assistant. She has 24 years of dental assisting experience. Like her fellow staff members, Liz is multi talented and very friendly. Liz was born and raised in Utah, spent several years in northern California, and has lived in Texas for 11 years. Liz has two children as well as a granddaughter. LaVelle Johannson - LaVelle is our patient recare coordinator. Her main responsibilities include contacting patients who are due for their professional cleanings and exams and making their appointments. She and her husband, Alan, live in Plano. Mary Hahn - Mary is a dental hygienist. She is a licensed professional oral health educator and clinician. Mary has been a dental hygienist since 1987. She prides herself in being up to date with all the latest techniques that provide our patients with optimum oral health and comfort. Mary enjoys patients of all ages. Gail Miller - Gail has been a dental assistant for 19 years, has a very friendly demeanor and constantly strives for perfection in her work. She genuinely likes her patients - we think you'll like her too. Born and raised in the Metroplex, Gail enjoys movies, crafts and spending time with her children.
