"Classiest dental practice"

My wife and I first came to Dr. Blanchard's practice over 20 years ago when we were living in Carrollton. Since then, we have moved twice, once to Flower Mound and now to Corinth. His office is by far out of the way for us, but he has taken such good care of us for these many years, that it is worth the drive. There have been times when I have had to get second opinions (due to the stupid insurance industry), and second opinion or not, his is the only opinion I trusted. In fact, I have made changes in my insurance coverage just to stay with him. I must also say that it is not just the trust I have in him, but his entire staff. I have had three different hygienists and all three have been wonderful. This I feel is a testament to the best wanting to work with the best. I have also never had any surprises with billing or appointments. This is by far the classiest dental practice I have ever been involved with and I am glad I walked in there two decades ago. I dread the day Dr. Blanchard decides to retire.

"Second to none"

Dr. Blanchard and his staff are incredible, I have been a patient of his for the past 5 years, and only trust him and his staff with my dental care and needs. I had very bad experiences with a dentist in my childhood, and only did not go to a dentist for 17 years. I finally cracked a tooth and was forced to see a dentist. I didn't realize that neglecting my teeth for all those years was really detrimental to my health. My wife and several family friends had been going to Dr. Blanchard for years, and convinced me to see him. I was apprehensive to say the least. To make a long story short, I have had two crowns and all of my silver amalgam fillings replaced. The professionalism of Dr. Blanchard and his staff is second to none. They went to extreme measures to make sure I was comfortable during every procedure. From the time you enter the door of his office to the time that you leave, you are treated with great care and respect. I feel blessed to have found Dr Blanchard and his staff. Dental visits are not high on my list of "fun things to do" and I consider myself a "white knuckle" kind of patient but I cannot imagine there being a better practice with a nicer staff than that of Dr. Glen Blanchard. "Relaxing environment"

Dr. Blanchard was not the first dentist we tried when we moved to Carrollton, but his office was finally the one I felt comfortable at! First, the office is immaculate. With great earthy tones throughout the office, there is wonderful landscaping and even a pond outside of the office that you can see from the dental chair! What a relaxing environment, which is helpful when you're at the dentist! There are flat screen TV's on the ceilings for your viewing while you're there as well. The hygienists are very good, I wasn’t sore at all when I left! Dr. Blanchard has a very good manner about him as well and makes sure you get everything you need.

I have been with Dr. Blanchard since the 1980's...have had him interrupt his holidays and open his office for my emergency. Professional, warm and friendly and this is reflected in his staff. Just wish I didn't have to drive 90 miles in for each visit, but the quality of his work is worth the effort.

If you are like most people, visiting the Dentist’s office is usually about as enjoyable as repeatedly hitting your thumb with a hammer (I was definitely in that category). When I first went to him, it had been several years since I had seen a Dentist, and, as to be expected, I needed deep cleaning which involved surgical procedures. I have been seeing Dr Blanchard for somewhere around 10 to 12 years now, twice per year (a 25 mile trip each way), and, I definitely recommend his services to anyone who may ask. The two wonderful ladies in the front office, Connie and Nikki, are always a pleasure to deal with; they truly make everyone feel special. The hygienists are thorough, pleasant to be treated by, and, always upbeat. Dr Blanchard is very outgoing and always takes the time to answer any questions I may have.

All-in-all, if my children moved to Dallas, I would most definitely recommend they used Dr Blanchard for their families.

Even after 20 years, Dr. Blanchard looks at my teeth (whether in great shape or there’s a problem) as if they’re fascinating. He’s a scientist, always absorbed in diagnosing,weighing alternatives, and treating just right.

Worry about your dentist having a steady hand? Just take a look at his intricate wood carvings in the waiting area. He does them to keep his dexterity. Some docs keep an aquarium to help you feel calm. Those carvings do it for me every time!

Unlike our internist’s office, Dr. Blanchard’s staff has been there a long time. They don’t just know and care about us, they remember where we left off “dentally” and in our life six months ago. I always feel like I’m their favorite patient, but I know they’re that way with everyone because they’re good people, professional.

I’m a clean freak: They’re all cleaner at Dr. Blanchard’s! The place shines, and they do the right procedures with gloves, instruments, etc.

I first met Glen Blanchard on a recommendation nearly 20 years ago. Needed a root canal. He warned me it could “blow,” before next appointment, and it did: On St. Patrick’s Day, AFTER the party. He left his own Saturday night plans. He and his DA, Roxanne, worked 2 hours in the middle of the night. They haven’t changed since. What a gift, to not have to wonder if your dentist will be there when it matters. I’m so glad he’s younger than we are, so he can take care of us for the long haul.

He seemed to care about my pain when I had to have emergency work, almost as much as I did! He made good and sure our communication was two-way, always asking questions and giving me time or hand signals to respond with. Awful as the procedure can be, his style helps you focus. I felt less helpless, more like part of a team that’s on top of things in a crisis. And he called to see how I was, more than once. Over the weekend!

In 20 years I’ve never had to wait more than very few minutes for my appointment, or to come back because Dr. Blanchard wasn’t available for a consult during cleaning and checkups.
