Start with Clean Hands<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before removing your aligners, always wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Clean hands prevent bacteria from transferring to your aligners and reduce the risk of dropping them. Dry fingers also give you a better grip, making removal easier and more controlled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remove from the Back First<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
