Your First Dental Visit
Our front desk team will greet you and confirm that you’ve completed your paperwork. After a short time in our waiting room, we’ll bring you back to the treatment area to discuss the reasons for your visit and to perform a thorough examination of your smile. Dr. Dillard will ask you questions about your oral health history and, after a thorough cleaning, give you a recommendation for future treatments based on what your smile currently needs.
New Patient Forms
You don’t need to waste any time filling out new patient paperwork on the day of your appointment. With the link below, you can download and complete the necessary forms ahead of time so that when you walk into our dental office, you can just hand it over to our front desk staff.
Dental Insurance Welcome
We are a fee for service dental office and accept all PPO insurances. That means we’re more than happy to take your plan! Just provide us with your plan information, and we’ll happily file the necessary paperwork so that you can receive your benefits as quickly as possible.
